Limited batch of pretty sweet-looking Lux Vapor Functions up for grabs!

Stunning looks & buttery feel

The Lux Vapor plastic is not something we've chosen not to use a whole lot as of late, but this run made us question that call. First off, the Vapor effect on these is pretty cool and secondly, these have a very buttery feel.

Maybe it's the heat of summer as we're writing this, but the feel on these could be described as almost a bit gummy - definitely among the softer end of drivers we've made outside of Flex 1 discs. Out of the box, the grip on these is also simply superb. You could almost press one of these against a window and they'd stick in place. Almost, that is. If the window was not fully vertical, they'd certainly hold in place.

Being on the softer side, this plastic might wear a bit faster than some of the other premium plastics when experiencing collisions with gravel or rocks, but it's still definitely a premium level plastic. On the other hand, this plastic has enough flex not to become very easily beat up from tree hits and as a bonus feature, they likely won't bounce very far off the fairway, as the flexibility of the plastic absorbs a good bit of the momentum in collision.

How does it fly?

Flight-wise you can expect a pretty traditional Function flight pattern. These take almost no effort to ride & glide and with just a little bit of power, you get these to turn or flip up, depending on what shot type you're looking for. 

As you may know by now, the Function has a -4 turn, which means this disc is very easy to turn, making it a great choice for rollers or touch lines for players with higher power. Lower arm-speed players can unlock new distance and lines with the Function thanks to its easy-to-throw flight and feel.

The superior feel makes shot shaping and angle control easy, as you'll get enough grip out of these discs with, for example, a fan-grip (fingers relatively extended on the underside, rather than tucked against the rim).
